We were very nervous about offshoring our customer service, having heard of so many horror stories about it going wrong in various ways, but we also knew that it was the most strategic way to scale. We initially only wanted to hire one employee to begin with, which put off several BPOs we talked to. Luckily, we discovered TalentHero, which gave us a lot of great options. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders, and we can more easily concentrate on growing our business, knowing that we have a scalable and repeatable process for building a larger team as we grow.
