TalentHero for VC Portco’s

Having worked with a BPO for several years, we decided in early 2020 to establish our own Philippine company and support center. At that stage, we wanted to keep things lean and flexible while managing logistics and growth for our new subsidiary. We were fortunate to partner with TalentHero for our offshore expansion. We ended up choosing and recruiting our first offshore employee. A huge weight has been lifted off our shoulders, and we can more easily concentrate on growing our business, knowing that we have a scalable and repeatable process for building a larger team as we grow.
